1. Shipping Policy Overview
 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ellelle Designs. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

2. Shipment Processing Time
 

All orders are processed within 4-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped/is ready for pickup.
Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

 

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

• Shipping Method: USPS Standard Ground Advantage, Priority Mail.

• Estimated Delivery Time: USPS guidelines

• Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout.

 

4. Shipment/Pickup Confirmation & Order Tracking
 

You will receive a shipment/pickup confirmation email containing your tracking number(s)/pickup information once your order has shipped. For all shipped items, the tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
 

Ellelle Designs is not responsible for any customs, tariffs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

 

6. Damages
 

Ellelle Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping Policy
 

We currently do not ship outside the USA. 

 

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses or Refused Delivery
 

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if delivery is refused, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
